How to Construct any Raw Soup

Here's a fail safe way to make a yummy raw soup. I'm hungry just thinking about it..

Component 1:  Any watery veg because they blend easily, remember to keep mostly red or green or it’ll look horrid
E.g. Tomato, Courgette, Celery, Red pepper, Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Chard
Component 2: Water
Thin out soup with water
Component 3: Citrus juice
Lemon, lime
Component 4: Salty seasoning:
Salt (I like Himalayan) or miso (white is milder)
Component 5: Pungent seasoning
Fresh herbs, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper
Component 6: Oil
E.g. soaked nuts, seeds or an avocado or coconut oil, hemp oil, flax oil etc…

Cucumber water...

Cucumber water (really easy)
3 cups water
Half a cucumber

  1. place all ingredients in blender and wizz till smooth

This water is lovely to drink and so easy to make I just had to post it..
While cucumbers do not have large quantities of vitamins and minerals in them, one small cup does provide you with small doses of nearly all essential vitamins and nutrients.
An average serving of cucumber will provide vitamins A, C, K, B6 and B12 as well as folate and thiamin. Aside from salt, all minerals are present and accounted for in one cup of cucumber. This includes calcium, iron, manganese, selenium, zinc and potassium. So this simple recipe is a great way to boost your daily vitamin and mineral intake.
