Why not try this delightful raw fruity porridge..

  1. Grate a sweet apple into a bowl of porridge oats
  2. Add a handful of raisins
  3. Cover with almond, soya hemp or (if you must) cows milk
  4. Place in the refrigerator overnight 
  5. Eat in the morning.... if you like serve with your favorite fruit.... delicious and nutritious
