Raw Vegan Mayo


For 6 -8 servings you will need
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup water, plus additional to thin, if necessary
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon light agave syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Get the lot in the blender and pour over salad... delicious I tell thee
