Raw chocolate spread
I've been researching ways to get more coconut oil into my diet... This morning I struck gold
So delicious you have to try this... Almost guilt free.... I've been eating it by the spoonful
3 tbs virgin coconut oil
1 tbs peanut (or any other nut) butter
2 desert spoons raw cacao
2 tsp maple syrup
Just stick it all in a bowl or food processer and mix well to combine
I swear it's the best spread ever....

How to Construct any Raw Soup
Here's a fail safe way to make a yummy raw soup. I'm hungry just thinking about it..
Component 1: Any watery veg because they blend
easily, remember to keep mostly red or green or it’ll look horrid
E.g. Tomato, Courgette, Celery, Red
pepper, Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Chard
Component 2: Water
Thin out soup with water
Component 3: Citrus juice
Lemon, lime
Component 4: Salty seasoning:
Salt (I like Himalayan) or miso
(white is milder)
Component 5: Pungent
seasoning
Fresh herbs, onion, garlic, cayenne
pepper
Component 6: Oil
E.g. soaked nuts, seeds or an avocado
or coconut oil, hemp oil, flax oil etc…
